Na...This is not our mum Reviewing this thingy. It's Us.. who she calls her Loves.. "Ju" and "Li'l" taking over the job today. ha. Ok don't freak out now.. we are not typing it.. She is. We are just telling her our experience and opinions. After all we are the ones who had to go through this. :P

To begin with, We Hate Bath Time like we hate anything that passes our Home's premises.

 So, let's see if this BON Organics Pet Soap thingy solved our bathing woes. :P :D

Ingredients:

Saponified Organic Coconut oil (Cocos Nucifera) Oil)], Pongum oil [Pongamia Glabra],  Organic castor oil (Ricinus Communis), Organic Neem oil (Melia Azadirachta), organic aloegel [Aloe Barbadensis], Canola oil (Brassica Campestris) Essential oil of teatree  (Melaleuca Alternifolia), Eucalyptus [Eucalyptus Globulus], Peppermint [mentha piperita], Citronella [Cymbopogon Nardus] lemongrass [Cymbopogon flexuosus].


It seems this thingy is Not Edible! Oh Trap!


USDA Organic Certified Ingredients. Hmm..Whatever that means.. Mum tells this is good for our planet.. We Don't care.. Coz this bar is Inedible. Hmph.

Wrapped in...(consulting mum..).. she thinks it could be 'Sal' leaf. Whatever it is, we had crazy fun ripping it up! Oh and that Jute Rope too. He he..

Such a big leaf! No wonder we had lot's of fun!

And now, let's pounce on to the Review:

First of all, let us reveal to you all that we both usually have our own set of  Escape plans... that never really worked. :/ Because, these hoomans always succeed in cheating us by using the 'There's a Cat in the backyard!' bait. We start running mad and right when the bathroom is around, they just move us in to it. Oh Trap! If you've ever been to Tirumala temple, you know how it works. You'll just be standing there in the queue and you don't understand how you went 1 Km forward. So, we got no other choice but to bear that 10-15 minute Shampoo workout. :/

Then one day, This bar o soap from BON Organics arrived home. We were in no way excited. Then the Bath day arrived. And after the usual 'cat'spiracy, we were in the 'Bathroom Trap'. But, OCB(Oh our Chew Bones)! Everything was going on super fast! Like...it was unusual. One swipe and the foam was bubbling up like crazy. In no time..like in 3 minutes, we were released! Out of the Bathroom trap we mean.

That very moment, we decided to Love this soap forever! It leaves us supa clean in no time. And we never got any allergies either. And also, it kinda blew the fleas out of our furs! They didn't dare come near us for a pretty good while.

Mum says it smelt Kinda Herbal.. Like 'Tea tree'ish... 'Neem'ish...and a li'l 'Lemongrass'ish too. She wished it smelt more 'Lemon grass' or 'Citronella' or even 'Eucalyptus'. It seems these fragrances smell more Fresh and Lively. We don't know but it seems hoomans do.

But, we really wish it made our furries smoother. It was kinda feelin rough after bathing. That's our only complaint for now. Mum says, Chemical purified hardened water could be the culprit though.

Do we Recommend: Bow yeah! This is one 'Smooth Operator' we say. Come on Hoomans, Order this thingy called 'BON Organics Pet Soap' right now and solve you pal's Bathing woes we say.

Our Conclusion: We Declare This thingy called 'BON Organics Pet Soap' - Our 'Savior'. If only it left our fur fluffy soft, this would've been our Ultimate Savior. But, it definitely is our Savior where bathing 'Time' matters. Anyways, in one way or the other, This is our Savior. (Sorry for using the word 'Savior' so many times. Couldn't help but say it coz our happiness is knowing no bounds coz our bath time has insanely reduced. He he..)

And Right when Our Mum wanted a 'Good Girls' Pose from us...

By the way, it takes so long(10-15 mins) for us to bath because, we swear we don't stand in one place during the Shampoo workout. So, It is actually a workout for 'Them' than it is for us. He he he..

Review of the BON Organics 'Aloevera-Chammomile' soap and 'Teatree-Rosemary' Soap.

BON Organics Aloevera-Chammomile soap Review:

Quantity: 100 gms.

Price: 152/- INR

That colourful cotton packaging made from recycled cloth! I love them to the core! But, now it's been changed to another natural packaging material.

Ingredients:

This is how the soap looked when i bought it long ago. I was confused when i read 'amalam' on it. I guess they used to source the soaps from that brand and re-market it or may be because of some other reason...idk. Anyways, it does not look like this anymore. It looks like all other BON soaps which are plain.

Review:

A basic soap from BON. That is all i can say about this variant. I was actually Escited after seeing 'Chammomile' which is usually recommended to soothe sensitive skin but, sadly did not feel it's presence in any way. Like all other soaps from BON, this 'Aloevera-Chammomile' variant foams really good with just a small swipe and doesn't dry out the skin. As for fragrance, it should've been smelling like any of the 4 essential oils that have been added for fragrance(see the final 4 in the 'ingredients' pic above). But, mine smelt weird! It smelt bitter and soapy. yuck.  I had to finish this soap bar somehow so, i just made it smell good by doing THIS! ;) That Vanilla Goodness....yummm!

Rating: 3.5/5 (-1.5 for all the extra effort i had to put to make it smell good.)

What strikes when you hear Tea tree? 'Acne' Right? That is the exact purpose i bought this soap for. Back then when i was living in Chennai, i had Severe Acne both on my Face and Body. I used to feel Horrible with all the Itching and Irritation i had to suffer every single day and all of this along with Humidity and Heat! Just Imagine. :-I

I started using this soap and i immediately felt relieved! phew. As rightly said by BON: 'mmm...smells medicinal...so, got to be good'(It does smell of medicinal tea tree), The BON Teatree-Rosemary Soap definitely reduced the irritation and helped me in healing the Backne i.e., Back Acne slowly. But, i have to say that this soap itself did not heal the Acne completely. I used other Homemade remedies along with this to treat them completely. This soap definitely helped in the process of healing. But it wasn't really useful on my face. I needed much more effective essential oils and Tincture to help them heal. I will reveal what those Essential oils and Tincture are in another post. ;)

Overall Conclusion: These Skin friendly and Eco-friendly Natural Soaps from BON are Totally worth investing in rather than the skin harming regular Toxin filled Soaps that you usually find on the Super market shelves.

Hello doston :) Ya..felt like deviating from angrezi a li'l bit :P :D You must be wondering, where on earth is the "Product of the year" she was talking about? right? Sadly, due to some personal reasons, i couldn't edit and resize the pictures on time :(

So, for now, i thought i will talk about a giant bunch of Indian natural soaps that i've tried till now. Now, what do you call a marathon of soap reviews? 

A 'Soapathon'! ;)

But, don't worry..i will not load you up with soap reviews continuously. I will review them in every alternate post. I will talk about either a bunch of them together in a single post or individually.

Haul time people! *Woohooooo*!

The first one is from BON-Bio Organic & Natural - Auroville. Look at the packaging! Cool..right? <3

Based on first impressions, I am super dooper tooper excited about two of them! Can you guess which ones? ;) I know i know.. i did not write their names but, you can describe them by their shape and size..okay? ;D

And, this one is from Rustic Art. Yes..yes.. it's a Men's shampoo :P but, i am trying it anyway because, this is the only variant that contains Argan oil. :D Having mixed first impressions for now. We'll see how it performs with time and different given conditions.

Will review them all soon. :)

This whole week, i will be absent here.. because, i am going to my hometown to attend the wedding celebrations of my cousin. As i will be occupied with family, you may or may not see a scheduled post. So, will see you all the week after. :) <3
