Being a Chronic MS Patient, i struggle to take a bath every day. Sometimes i Can't bath for 2-3 whole days and as an obvious result, i manage to reach the Peaks of Stink. Since i can't stand and am against Chemical Deodorants, I tried Natural powders, Essential oils and what not! None of them worked beyond one hour. I tried managing by wiping my underarms with a wet towel but to no avail. I was feeling super frustrated and i just couldn't stand this situation anymore.

And just then, Like God appears in Bollywood movies when you are at the peaks of your difficulties, this Natural Deodorant Cream appeared in my life!(Actually Instagram. :P) From then, i am feeling Blessed! Yes, Blessed. Might sound Cinematic but, that is how i can express my gratitude towards this product.

It controls the Body Odor for almost 12+ hours!(with at least one Re-Application). The Underarm Odor was nil till 8 hours for me and after that a faint hint of odor started to seep out. A wet cloth wipe and one more Re-Application gave me another 5-6 hours. Wet cloth wipe is not mandatory.

This is why i call it a Boon/GOD for Chronic patients and Bed-ridden ones. And also people who go on Adventure treks where they don't get to bath for many days can also carry this God product with them. It's a Boon for Anyone who does full-on physical activities and also to those who can Do None.

Warning: Do not apply on Genitals. You can apply Around them but Never 'On' them.

You need very little product. About a Pea size. So, this jar will last you a very long time. At least six months for sure.

*After application, You have to massage it in for about 2-3 seconds for it to get absorbed completely.

It's scent is pleasant Sweet Mint and Lemon which is not too strong. Sensitive noses may handle it with ease. The mild fragrance stays for a long time.

Though it looks like a flashy white thick cream, it doesn't give a white cast or stain clothes. Look at the pictures below:

Freshly Applied.

After 10 mins, 99% of the white cast is gone. (They are my manly fingers. No Wax, No Manicures. Just Raw and Rugged.)

Note:
This Product's Level of Effectiveness depends on many factors like: Level of Natural Body Odor, Level of Physical Activity and Number of days you did not take a bath. But still, i would say it will almost work it's best in Extreme situations too.

Seer secrets Raw Mango, Paprika and Mint Lip Plumper Review. One Hot Lippy Deal!

When i first saw that this product has Raw Mango, Paprika and Mint as it's Ingredients, i was intrigued because, that resembled a pickle recipe. Being an Andhrite, i have devoured my fair share of spiciest pickles all my life and not to forget the humongous amounts of chillies. But, after Multiple sclerosis, my tounge's ability to handle chillies did not waver a bit but, my skin's ability to handle some products did waver to a large extent.

So, when i first applied this Natural Seer Secrets Lip plumper, my sensitive lips couldn't handle the Burning sensation even for a few seconds. It felt like a pinch of chilli powder has been applied to my lips. But, i did not want to give up. So, one day i thought why not apply a thin layer of normal lip balm and then apply this on top. I did it and it solved my woes of burning sensation up to 90%. I wanted to see if other people felt the same too and gave it to my friends and family. None of them felt the burning to the extent that i did. They only felt a mildest burn that they could not even feel until i asked them. So, only people with sensitive skin need to be a little careful.

And as for the plumping part, Yes, it Works. Now don't Imagine Kim Kardashian or our own Anushka Sharma's Injected 'Pillow'y/'Plastic'y Lips. Regular use does mildly plump up your lips and it smoothens out lip lines naturally. It gives a faint Rosy-brown tint to the lips which isn't really noticeable.

Use it along with the Seer Secrets Rambutan, Dates and Liquorice Lip Scrub for best results.

Do i Recommend?

Yes, if you are looking for some natural product that can naturally enhance the look of your lips.

Seer Secrets Rambutan, Dates and Liquorice Lip Scrub Review. A Gourmet Lip Treat!

Review:

I was never a Lip scrub person. I avoided them like plague. Especially the Sugar based ones. I thought why should i waste 300/- or 400/- INR on them when i can just use the sugar at my home.

But but but, this little tubby of Seer Secrets Rambutan, Dates and Liquorice Lip Scrub just blew my mind out of proportions! My lips are the colour of Dead Grey-Mauve. I almost look like a corpse if don't put at least a tinted lip balm on. But, as i used this product, they started getting Rosier by the day! My 13 year old bestie asked me with a startle: "Siri! Why are your lips looking so Pink!" Credit goes to the potent Licorice and Raw cane sugar i guess.

The sugar granules in this lip scrub resemble the tiny super fine 'Caster sugar' granules. Hence don't hurt while scrubbing. You need a very small amount each time so, 8 grams is going to last you pretty long. And you don't have to run for a lip balm after scrubbing because, it leaves the lips super hydrated and satin smooth.

And last but not least, The Taste! It is super duper tasty! It tastes like Fruity sweet Rambutan and Tangy-zingy liquorice with a hint of warm dates. Hence, I never wash it off. I just Lick it off. Gourmet at it's best. Yummmm!

Do i Recommend?

Do Bandar Citrus Lip Butter Review.

Let's see if the Do Bandars succeeded with this Do Bandar Citrus Lip Butter for Humans. :D

Review:

At First Touch, you will scream your hearts out saying “Why on earth did I buy this piece of ‘Rock’ in the name of ‘Do Bandar Citrus Lip Butter’!?” But once you know how to handle it, this will become your Sweet pot…Your most loved Lip-care Possession. Yes, I screamed too. Because, the lip butter was so hard that I had to swipe nearly 10-15 times to get a tiny bit of it on my finger and then after that, the second set of struggles begin – ‘Applying it on my lips’. It is so solid textured that I had to drag it so hard on my lips for it to get applied. And I had to repeat that step for nearly 6-8 times to cover every nook and corner of my lips. Obviously, I was exhausted.

But, I wanted to make it work somehow because, I felt that It will definitely be Amazing if only the texture was a little softer. So, I tried putting it in the sun to soften it but failed because, you know… Bangalore weather/Sun. :/ For the second trial, since I do not have a hair drier, I used the gas stove burner. I just held it at a comfortable height where I can handle the heat for 1-2 minutes. And…….Guess what! It Worked!

From then, This little tub of lip butter has become one of my most favourite Lip care possessions! Oh my…it amazingly seals the Moisture in your lips. Fills all the crevices and lines because of it’s texture and makes your lips look Smooth, Satin Matte and Magically Plump! Ah, I love it! It does give a faint ‘orange’ish overcast but that looks pretty too! And, it smells faintly of Sharp Orange.

Final words: In One Word- “SuperAmazinglyFantastic”! Ahem…that is definitely a Single Word. ;P :D

If you are an Indian, You can definitely have 1 minute patience because, this softens up Faster than Maggi noodles. Hence, You Qualify to Run and Get Your Hand on This little Tubby of Do Bandar Citrus Lip butter which is definitely worth more than 200/- INR.

Rating: If you are so Lazy that you can’t even cook Maggi, then: 4.5/5. And if you regularly cook maggi without any effort, then: 10/5.

Update: Do bandar told that after hearing so many complaints about the 'Hard' texture, they've made a Softer version of the lip butter! So, you need not qualify with Maggi noodles anymore! :D

Juicy Chemistry Choco-Mint Lip Butter Review.

Here is the Review of one of my Most Favourite Lip Balms after the Dr.Hauschka's Lip Care Stick. The Juicy Chemistry Choco-Mint Lipbalm. Read on to know why i love it so much.

Ingredients: Avocado oil, Natural vitamin E, Sweet Almond oil, Beeswax, Shea butter, Peppermint essential oil, Coco powder.

In the Background: That's my jack fruit leaf that has started decaying but with it's Leaf Skeleton Network still intact. Beautiful it was!

Looks Brown but, doesn't give any colour whatsoever.

In the Background: Fresh Colocasia leaf/Arbi ka patta in my Backyard.

Review:

I was in desperate need of a lip balm last winter and i started searching for a heavily moisturizing one because my lips were almost tearing up! So i looked up online for reviews and found out that the juicy chemistry lip balms were some of the best. But, out of that desperation, i bought this Choco-Mint lipbalm in the wrong season! Because this lip balm, as much as it moisturizes, that much it freezes too! Yes, it almost froze my lips! Meaning, it is that 'Strongly Minty'. This could've happened because my skin has become really sensitive. But, it is Amazing Amazzzing Amazzzzzzingly moisturizing! I only had to Re-apply once during the whole day. And it smells Delish!

Rating: 10/5. Yes, Seriously!

Final words: Seriously the best moisturizing Lip balm i've used after the Dr.Hauschka's Lip care Stick.

I might have bought it in the wrong season, but since now is the Right season, So, Go get yourselves one! :)

Aroma Essentials Neem Face wash Review.

Aroma Essentials is a brand that sounds Tiny but, is Mighty. They are based in Bangalore. Almost all their products are really popular allover India and this Neem face wash was bought by one of my sister's friend and today's Review is based on her feedback.

That's how it looks. A thick black fluffy aloe gel kind of paste.

Review:

Usually, majority of Natural SLS Free Face washes for Acne in India are based on Tea tree. But, this one from Aroma Essentials has Neem, Activated charcoal and Eucalyptus which are all powerful anti-bacterial agents. So, She has been using this face wash from past 1 month and says that it's been really good. The gel is easily spreadable while massaging on the face and washes off easily. I does not lather even a tiny bit but cleanses really well. Does not dry out the skin like other face washes which target acne. A water based moisturizer after washing this off is must though. It controlled her Acne to a great extent and until now they did not re-occur. One major disappointing factor of this face wash is it's fragrance. It smells kind of bitter herbal which does not really appeal many nostrils. :P

Final words: Odor kept aside, this product is a must try for people suffering with Acne. Both Oily and Dry skin people can use it. Plus it's Eco-friendly too! Do give it a try.

With Multani mitti-Sandal wood-Rose petals and Orange peel, This is a very simple face pack which you can even make at home. But, in case you do not have time for a home made face pack, you can definitely give this Jiva vrksa Face pack a shot. Even with my Super sensitive skin type(because of my Health condition), it suited me very well when i mixed it with curd. My facial skin felt really healthy after using this regularly.

Conclusion: A good face pack to maintain a healthy facial skin.

Jiva vrksa Body wash Review:
Just like the Face wash, This was a Huge Flop in my case! After bathing with the Jiva vrksa Body wash powder, My whole body itched horribly. It definitely did not suit my sensitive skin. So, i might be the wrong person to judge this product. That is why i am not giving any conclusions. However, i've seen a positive review on Amazon.in and a few blogs.

Jiva vrksa Hair wash Review:
Quantity: 75 grams.
Price: Rs. 80 INR

This Hair wash powder was a good one. It resembles our South Indian home made Shikakai powder. Did not dry out the hair and being slightly coarse, it cleared the residue from the scalp effectively.

Conclusion: If you need a south Indian style Home made Herbal Hair wash powder, then definitely consider the Jiva vrksa Hair wash. Being completely Natural and Organic At Rs.80 INR, this is definitely a much better option than Foam Booster Enhanced herbal hair wash powders usually available on the Indian Super Market shelves.

Jiva Vrksa Natural Personal care products Review Part-1.

Review of the Jiva Vrksa Personal care products.

Recently, 'Jiva vrksa' which is a Natural/Organic Personal care brand sent me 4 of their products for review. I used them in many different ways and am now ready to give my opinion on them.

About 'Jiva Vrksa' Brand:

All in all, i loved their Views, Values and Motto. Let's see if the performance of the products matched up.

I was sent 75 gram pouches of these four products:

A Thank you Note and a pair of ear rings made out of Coconut shell from 'Manya vrksa'. :) Too bad i can not wear them because, My ears have strangely developed an allergy for all the metals including Gold which is supposed to be neutral and non-allergic. :-/

I am breaking down the Review in to Two parts. So, here i am reviewing 1 product i.e., the Face wash. Rest 3 will be in the second part.

Jiva Vrksa Face wash Review:

The Face wash powder was packed in a Paper packaging.

Ingredients:

First of all, let me tell you my skin type: Super sensitive.(because of my Health condition)

After using 'Forest essentials Narangi nagkesar' ubtan for a long time, i was excited to try something new in the form of Jiva Vrksa Facewash. After i finished 3 tubs of that ubtan, i switched to regular cleansing options for a while. After suffering that bad decision, i just grabbed this face wash powder to use because my natural liquid face wash and the natural soap were both drying up my skin like monsters!

I took 1/2 a spoon worth of this face wash powder, mixed it with a little water to make a paste and rubbed it gently in circular motions allover my face. Did this for half a minute and then washed it off with cold water. Then i went to my work place as usual. I was driving my scooter and started feeling weird on my face. And then after i reached and was shooting an important event, suddenly my face started to itch horribly! It was unbearable! I had to abruptly stop the shoot and run in to the kitchen for a glass of cold milk and immediately wash my face with it. I felt relieved after that.

I did not dare touch it for the next one week. :-I And then one day, i decided to give it a second chance. This time i mixed it with Milk and a little Milk cream. This time, it itched a little less but not completely absent.

So, the Conclusion is that, it does not suit Sensitive skin types for sure. However, it has Amazing Organic ingredients that do not usually fall in the 'irritating' category and hence might work well on normal/non-sensitive skin types.

My Rating A/c to my Super sensitive skin type: 0/5

Do i Recommed: It is very cost effective for a 75 gram natural face wash. So, you can give it a try if your skin doesn't fall in the 'Sensitive' category.

Jasmine and Orange! I mean...'Orange' with jasmine! That makes it 'Refreshing' Jasmine! How Interesting, Weird and Rare does that combination sound? Intriguing right?

That's exactly why i chose this when they asked which option interests you.

Let me tell you that this product was the Best thing that happened to me in the past 1 month.

Yes. Because, No matter how weird it sounds, This is the most Beautiful combination i've ever tried! <3

Tangy refreshing Orange smoothly cuts the Headiness of the Jasmine and makes it smell so Happily Light, Sweet and Soothing. Jasmine is the Dominant fragrance and orange is also equally on par. The Jasmine in this body cleanser smells like real jasmine flowers and not like the headache inducing artificial one. That is why i am loving it to the core.

As for the Cleansing part, it foams beautifully and does the job right with just a little quantity. You can even use it with hands if you haven't got a loofah and it works equally fine.

Does not dry out the skin at all. Makes it beautifully Fragrant and Smooth. Sometimes, i even feel that it made my skin Plump and Glowing! May be because of the Yogurt enzyme.

I even used this on my face once. It felt nice and did not irritate my sensitive skin. And also, this way i could sniff in the fragrance much deeper.

I usually always hated body washes because they don't really wash off as easily as i like in this state of health. But, this one saved me on that part. It washes off fairly easily.

Do i Recommend? A Huge 'Yes'! I am not really a fan of body washes but the "Seer secrets Jasmine and Orange Soothing Yogurt Enzyme Body cleanser" made me a Convert. Given my health condition, i always feel groggy and have a disturbed sleep pattern. But, Since i've started including this in my bath time routine, i am feeling incredibly calm, sedated and am slipping in to a Happy Break-free Sleep. :)

So, if you are on the look out for an effective Sedating and yummy Bath time Indulgence then, Look No Further because, this "Seer secrets Jasmine and Orange Soothing Yogurt Enzyme Body cleanser" might become your Holy Grail. <3
