Seer Secrets Lemon Cypress Japanese Mint Active Silver Ion Deodorant Cream Review. A Boon for Chronic/Bed-ridden Patients and Trekkers

Featuring in the Background: My Organic Mint patch. :)

Do you consider any product GOD? I Do: The Seer Secrets Lemon Cypress Japanese Mint Active Silver Ion Deodorant Cream is MY GOD.

Read on to know how this little jar of Natural Deodorant Cream Earned the GOD Status!

Comes in a plastic jar with a golden cap. The Outer casing containing this jar is made of cardboard.

Ingredients: Don't miss the Real Silver Leaves! <3 and Don't panic with Phenoxyethanol because as per EWG's Skin Deep database, it is a low hazard ingredient. And, Silver has been used to keep bacterial infections at bay in medical sciences for a long time. I remember the 'Silverex' Ointment that was prescribed to my mom when she burnt her hand pretty badly. It is a Safe Biocide.

Super Creamy Texture.

The Seer Secrets Lemon Cypress Japanese Mint Active Silver Ion Deodorant Cream Review:

Being a Chronic MS Patient, i struggle to take a bath every day. Sometimes i Can't bath for 2-3 whole days and as an obvious result, i manage to reach the Peaks of Stink. Since i can't stand and am against Chemical Deodorants, I tried Natural powders, Essential oils and what not! None of them worked beyond one hour. I tried managing by wiping my underarms with a wet towel but to no avail. I was feeling super frustrated and i just couldn't stand this situation anymore.

And just then, Like God appears in Bollywood movies when you are at the peaks of your difficulties, this Natural Deodorant Cream appeared in my life!(Actually Instagram. :P) From then, i am feeling Blessed! Yes, Blessed. Might sound Cinematic but, that is how i can express my gratitude towards this product.

It controls the Body Odor for almost 12+ hours!(with at least one Re-Application). The Underarm Odor was nil till 8 hours for me and after that a faint hint of odor started to seep out. A wet cloth wipe and one more Re-Application gave me another 5-6 hours. Wet cloth wipe is not mandatory.

This is why i call it a Boon/GOD for Chronic patients and Bed-ridden ones. And also people who go on Adventure treks where they don't get to bath for many days can also carry this God product with them. It's a Boon for Anyone who does full-on physical activities and also to those who can Do None.

Warning: Do not apply on Genitals. You can apply Around them but Never 'On' them.

You need very little product. About a Pea size. So, this jar will last you a very long time. At least six months for sure.

*After application, You have to massage it in for about 2-3 seconds for it to get absorbed completely.

It's scent is pleasant Sweet Mint and Lemon which is not too strong. Sensitive noses may handle it with ease. The mild fragrance stays for a long time.

Though it looks like a flashy white thick cream, it doesn't give a white cast or stain clothes. Look at the pictures below:

Freshly Applied.

After 10 mins, 99% of the white cast is gone. (They are my manly fingers. No Wax, No Manicures. Just Raw and Rugged.)

Note:
This Product's Level of Effectiveness depends on many factors like: Level of Natural Body Odor, Level of Physical Activity and Number of days you did not take a bath. But still, i would say it will almost work it's best in Extreme situations too.

So, Do I Recommend?

Heaven Yes! Yes! and Yes! The Seer Secrets Lemon Cypress Japanese Mint Active Silver Ion Natural Deodorant Cream beats all the Chemical Deodorants on all levels. You may not find another equivalent in the Indian Market right now. So, Just buy yourself a jar and Un-Stink away to Glory!

P.S: Seer Secrets has become my Most Favourite Affordable Natural Skincare Brand!

Rating: Without Doubt, 100/100! I never ever gave a hundred to any product till now!

Price: 324/-INR.

Availability: Get it for 299/- INR at Qtrove.com, Also available on: Amazon.in and Nykaa.com

Please feel free to ask any kind of doubts regarding the Seer Secrets Lemon Cypress Japanese Mint Active Silver Ion Deodorant Cream. :)

My Blog is Robbing Me! It's High time i Break "it"!

Robbing me not off My Money but My Life.

Let's Begin with 'That "Cliche" Story'...

I belonged to the clan of kids whom people called 'Good for Nothing' category. Yes, i was good for their definition of 'Nothing'. In my definition, Nothing meant Everything. I was Differently Abled in my Mind. My world was Different in Dimension......Those Zillion Cloud forms, Those Mesmerizing Leaves when the Sunlight passes through them, That Soft Soil in my Fist, The Dust that Puffed up in to Glowing Curls against the sunlight when mum was Sweeping, The Amusing World through that Translucent Yellow paper which came wrapped around the Natraj Eraser and etc., etc., etc.,

To put in a filmy way: 'Saavli patharon se meri dosti thi...chaal meri kya hai Mitti jaanti thi...' (Tweaked lyrics of 'Safar' song from 'Harry met Sejal'.)

And also, Picture this: Sounds Cliche but, I am kinda 'Him' in terms of Mind.
Yes, the Un-forgettable 'Ishaan avasthi' from 'Taare zameen par'. <3

So, obviously, Everyone around me used to get super Annoyed with my Meagre Score cards. However, This Routine Ended with the End of my 'League O' Literacy'.

And then my "League O' Blog" started. I thought i will Blog away to Glory while trying to Save the World and it's Beings through my Conscious Beauty blog.

And then........Pop's up....... "Multiple Sclerosis"! A Chronic Nerve Degenerating Disorder.

Because my Nerves are Degenerating, The Wiring in my Brain got Messed Up and my Energy levels have hit Rock Bottom. Fatigue has become my Super Star Symptom. Whenever i am working up my brains to churn out a Write-up in that Standard 'Blogging Format', my Brain is screaming - "Gimme a Break"! "I'm Exhausted Already"!

That Format is constantly making me think about all those Writing Rules i Must Follow, 200 words, Keywords(I mean, how am i supposed to stuff keywords like: Insurance, Gas/Electricity, Mortgage, Attorney, Loans, Lawyer, Donate, Conference Call, Degree, Credit and so on and on and on... just to earn a dime?)
CPC, SEO, Page views, Social media/Internet-Presence/Visibility, PR and what not! With all of these Occupying my Mind and Exhausting my Brain Big Time, I am Totally Missing Living My 'Magical Dimension of Life'. That is My 'Life'. How can i Live without my Life!?

So, It's High time i Break "it": "The Rules"!

Here's the Big Decision:

I am not going to write in that Format Anymore. In fact, i am not going to write much anymore. Meaning, my 'Image:Write-up' Ratio in a Blog post will be '90:10' or even '99:1' if needed. From now...My Images will Speak for me. or, in this case: Almost 'write for me'.

By Doing this,
(Sing with this tune in head: The lines and the tune in which the li'l kiddo sings at the beginning in 'Calvin Harris - Slide'. I tweaked those lyrics.)

I Might.....

Miss the Opportunities...

Miss Network-ability...

Miss Possibilities...

I Might...I Might...

I Will.....

Empty my Blogging Rife...

And Live the Gamut of Life...

Live the Gamut of Life...

I Will... I Will...

*
After all, What can be Bigger than 'A Gamut' of Life. Right?

*
So, is MS the Culprit? Hmmm...Yes and No. 'Yes' because it Reduced my Ability to Write a Blog Physically but, 'No' because it couldn't Disable my Mind's Ability to See the World in that Unique Dimension.

So, From Now, I am going to be a "Differently Abled Blogger". :)

I may not Blog as Regularly but will definitely Blog 'Differently'. :) I will Keep Sharing with you 'The Gamut of Life' that i Lived.
*
I want to Thank all of my 4 or 5 Regular readers from every single cell of my body for still Sticking around even with my Snail paced Blogging. Thank you so much guys... :) <3

So, what do you feel about this decision of mine? Let me know in the comments section below. :)

#Life with MS - A Twilight Saga...

Pic: *The Twilight Saga*. Clicked and Edited by - Yours Truly. :)

The Light, The Dark and the Twinkles in between.

'Multiple Sclerosis'- A Chronic Autoimmune Degenerative Nervous condition that i am suffering from.

Now, why am i calling it a Twilight Saga?

Because #LifewithMS is exactly it! Our #LifewithMS goes on like a Twilight that is born out of both the Dawn and the Dusk.

Our Twilight Saga:

What do you get to see after an Evening twilight?

The Sun goes Down, the Stars come Out.

The Moon will Shine and Feels so Fine
*Inspired from The wanted 'Glad you came's Lyrics.

Us 'MS'ers life is sometimes like this Evening Twilight after which, even when it's Dark and Gloomy, we get to experience 'Twinkling Star' like moments and feel the 'peaceful Moonlight' like Embraces that Soothe us like Heaven.
.
But Sometimes, it is like one of those evening twilight episodes, which after set, makes our life Dark like a No-Moon Night. We feel totally Blank and Helpless during this phase because, we feel like doing a Lot but can do None! Absolutely None!
.
And sometimes, it is like the morning twilight which after rising, drenches our life with the happy Golden shine. We Walk well, we Talk well, we Breathe well and we Eat well.
.
This may look like an Endless Twilight Saga for us 'MS'ers but right now, i myself am lucky enough to choose to see it as: No-moon days come only once in a while. Rest of them are like the other Two twilights filled with Stars, Moon and the Golden Sun.

I called myself Lucky because, My illness hasn't progressed to a Disabling state yet. This may be because of the Homeopathic treatment that i am undergoing or my Will power. I don't know yet. It's very confusing. Like...Really. :P

This post is dedicated to each and every #MSwarrior
out there who are very bravely going through this Twilight Saga of myriad experiences. <3:*

Lots of Love,
Siri.

Are you an 'MS'er? or do you know anyone who is one? How bravely are you or the one you know are living this Twilight Saga? Let me know in the comments section below.

*
P.S: I wanted to write this on World MS day 2017 that was on May 31st 2017. But i just didn't because i did not want people to just read this on that one day and then forget about it forever. I wanted to let you all know that we go through this Twilight Saga every single day of our lives while not really knowing if we will ever be cured. So, please Share this Article to As many people as you can(especially in India) whether it is MS day or not. Thank you. :)

Fun, Friendship, Fatigue and Farm and Salman khan!

Hello everyone!

I am back! Finally! :)

Really Sorry for being absent for so long. I was unbelievably hyper active at the whole wedding event! Met some of my really awesome relatives and my 'Fun' knew no bounds.

But, *rumbles* and *raindrops*... after coming back, The "Fatigue" kicked in and i became hyper dull and sleepy. the whole wedding fun took a toll on my health(MS).

But, Blaaaah... Who cares... i'm happy and jumpy again! Because, at the wedding celebrations, i was shot by a large dose of medicine i.e., Happiness and Laughter, which successfully brought me back to life. :D

Let me share a few of my memorable moments with you:

When you have a maasi/Aunt like this, negative forces never dare to lurk around. She lit up the whole occasion with her laughter and positiveness even after all the horrible things she suffered with in the past. It is because of her that i survived the whole wedding without even a single fatigue episode! Love you forever Devi maasi <3

And my huge pillar of strength, the love of my life, my hub, carried me on his back when i had difficulty walking uphill in the scorching sun! ya..i decided to go for a mid-day mini walk/trek in the forest reserve which is nearly 5-6 km long! and with a little help, i successfully finished it! yaaayyyy!!!

Not just that, but, this old lady played a very important role too. She came near our home asking for food and shelter because she was not able to walk in the road and was about to faint due to the scorching sun.

After i invited her in, she had food and in the process started bonding with me. Before leaving, i gave her 100 rupees and instead of keeping it all to herself, she brought me snacks the next day which i guess would have costed her atleast 50-70 rupees!! Such people prove that it is 'Love' that rules the world.. not money. :*

She is an awesome, unusual and a really lovely person who is going to stay in my heart forever! Love you selvamma.. <3

Aaaaaand i met Salman khan!!!

Yes, this is him. :D Look at the bracelet on his wrist! :D

And this humongous Bee hive was the special attraction in the wedding hall! :P Everybody were super scared but i was mesmerized because i never saw such a beautiful hive in my whole life. <3

You know they play a "Find the ring first" game with the newly weds? Yes, that one. But after the newly weds were done with their round of fun, Me and hub decided to re-live our wedding times.. :)

As i told you, I was super active the whole wedding...But, except for this one time, during a ritual, when i asked my mom and the ladies gang to repeatedly toss the contents from one 'soop/chaata' to another in the determination to get the shot right. But what i forgot was that the contents had turmeric mixed in them and the dust was puffing in the air. I forgot that "I am allergic to turmeric"!!! Within 15 mins, I was on the bed with super itchy runny nose and lots of sneezes. :P That whole night, It felt like i was dying.. :D

What could be more awesome than travelling by sitting on the foot board steps of the bus!? I always wanted to do that but since it is not possible in a public bus, i did that in our private wedding bus! The view you get to see and experience is unbeatable and unforgettable. *super happy*

If you follow me on Instagram, you would have definitely seen this Paw print mehendi design i made on myself during the wedding because i was seriously missing my non-human kiddos.

And after spending a wonderful fun time with me, this ladies gang became my another set of unusual but really lovely friends. :* They made me write my contact number on their hands! Ahem ahem.. i guess i felt like a mini size celebrity... :P :D <3

After coming back home to Bangalore, and after a week's rest, I went out to buy a bottle of my favorite Tulsi honey from the "Organic state" store opposite mantri mall. There, i became friends with Asha, the MD and she invited me to their 'Sukrishi' farm in nelamangala. So, i went there, had an awesome experience which i am going to share with you guys sometime soon.

So, this is all that was going on in my life. See you soon with reviews of some really awesome products one of which is THE "Product of the Year", a non-beauty haul and the farm experience.

If you enjoyed this post, i would be really happy to know that.. :) Please leave your thoughts in the comment section below. <3 --------------------*--------------------

The MS Chronicles: A year with MS.

How time flies...

In mystery it lies...

It has been a year since i got diagnosed with MS (Multiple sclerosis). And, it changed my life beyond what i could ever imagine.

It shattered all my dreams to infinite pieces that could never be put together ever again.

I felt that every moment was my last. Every single day, i prayed for a chance to reverse everything.

I was like:
*Can we pretend that airplanes in the night sky are like shooting stars...i could really use a wish right now..wish right now..wish right now...Yeah, I could use a dream or a genie or a wish..
To go back to a place much simpler than this
*

*BoB ft. Haley williams: Airplanes*

I wished i never had to go through all of this. I felt trapped.

I tried so hard not to give up.

But, lately did i see what lessons it had been teaching me.

This whole episode of MS taught me how to see and feel the Beauty of the World that i was Trapped in.

I became a 'Spider girl' of sorts.. ;D

Meaning...I started to Live like a Spider who never feels Trapped in it's own web.
*I captured this picture of a spider hanging so peacefully in it's heavenly dew drop studded web last winter.*
Just like this spider, I'm hanging in there enjoying the droplets of strengthening family bonds and people's selflessness and compassion being added to my web. It is giving me a chance to re-discover humanity which i had lost all hopes in.

Yes, i did encounter a lot of negative humans too. But, after a while i just started to consider them as 'Evolutionary Mistakes' and learned to ignore them.

I am building my own beautiful web-world with every fragment of this new life i am getting to experience.
*This picture signifies my expanding web-world*

It taught me that there is much more to life than just a Successful career, Materialistic possessions and a Conventionally Beautiful Face/Body.

I've embraced Primitive hacks i.e., Love and Happiness for survival.

This ruthless progressive disease may throw new challenges in my way any second. And i am preparing to hang on...

For now, I am happy in my own world...waiting excitedly to experience new sparkling droplets of life.

The MS chronicles: The 'Torture'...sorry...The 'Symptom' Fest!

This post has been in drfts for over a month.Culdnt post it becaus all the symptoms of MS describd below are intensifing unpredctably,.and i dont know when i'll be okay enugh to write again..so i decid to share ths for now.. till thn... bye...

It's been almost 7 months since being confirmly diagnosed with MS (which is a neurodegenerative disease that affects the central nervous system and destroys the myelin sheath on the nerves.. thereby affecting the brain-body communication). And it's been there for almost 3+ years before being diagnosed. All this time, Life's been like a torture fest with these symptoms...it's like riding a Ginormous roller coaster with unpredictable twists and turns and ups and downs... with added ghosts in the middle.

There are 50+ symptoms that MS patients can suffer from. Like they say - 'no two MS patients are alike'. Each one suffers with different set of symptoms with varying intensity than the other one. And that is totally true because me and my cousin who is also suffering from this disabling disease have a few symptoms that aren't same in both of us. Right now i am suffering from a moderate set of symptoms.

Many people are unaware of this disease and the infinite symptoms it presents. So, now that i am living with it, i just wanted to let people know about how this disease takes it's patients on an unpredictable torture ride.

These are the symptoms i am currently suffering From:

Note: Just to keep you informed...Some may find the list quite overwhelming.so,please proceed only if you know it wouldn't affect you in any negative way.
  • Fatigue - Even after a good night's sleep, it feels like somebody sucked all my energy out just like the sun sucks out of that kid in the Glucon-D ad if you remember it. I just feel like crashing and never waking up.

  • Walking difficulty - Can't walk normal anymore. Balance issues started. Feels like i am walking on a surface with lessened gravity. And feels like there is loose connection in the joint my right knee. This causes so much imbalance and pain that i just couldn't walk. Got to buy a Walking Cane ASAP!
  • Vision problems - Blurry vision and sometimes there is this shooting pain inside and around the eye socket. Can't move my eye ball in any direction when that happens.
  • Depression and Emotional changes - Severe. It just gets out of control sometimes. With each episode, it feels like i am falling in to the pit deeper and deeper and deeper....
  • Involuntary jerky movements in various parts.. especially my left hand, right leg and neck.
  • Hearing problems - Lowered hearing capacity.
  • Speech/Swallowing problems - slurry speech all of a sudden and swallowing problems aren't that big of an issue for now but sometimes even saliva becomes difficult to swallow.
  • Skin sensitivity - My skin turned painful to the touch and hypersensitive.
  • Pain - On scalp.. which sometimes feels like somebody is cutting in to my skull with a nut cracker kind of tool. In both legs.. but, right one is more painful. Both elbows.. but again right elbow suffers more (Sorry tennis elbow...for blaming you).
  • Sharp ringing sound in ears all of a sudden sometimes.
  • Mild numbness in my right leg. can't feel heat or cold that quickly in that leg.
  • Mild tremors and muscle twitching.
  • Mild Dizziness,Giddiness and vertigo.
  • Bowel dysfunction. Sometimes it feels like my bowels went numb. They'll have no movement whatsoever! ya..gross..i know. This is when 'Zandu - Nityam' tablets became my saviors.
  • Weakened immune system. I'm living with common cold 20 out of 30 days every month. My nose has become super sore, super dry and super sensitive with all the constant wiping. That's when the "Forest essentials Replenishing Facial Emulsion-Tejasvi" and 'The Body Shop Argan solid oil' came to my rescue. If not for these products, i would've cut my nose off! ya.. it was that severe!
  • Frequent Nausea. I pop mints and pass-pass like there is no tomorrow!
  • short attention span, coordination problems and mild memory loss.
  • And last but not least....Temperature sensitivity. Absolutely can't handle humid and hot climate..wet-cold climates are a big no no too. Dry climates are a BIG YES! That is why we're shifting to Bangalore.

Let's see where this merciless disease takes me next.

Multiple Sclerosis and Me. The MS chronicles..

Hello everyone :)

It's been a long time since i posted anything here or anywhere for that matter. And if some of you may remember, this is not the first time i've done this.I've taken long loooooong breaks before and not without reason. The main reason being my health issues. Now, please say hello to another one that knocked my door...*drum roll please*

"Multiple Sclerosis"

As some of you may know (through facebook), i was diagnosed with 'Multiple Sclerosis' 2 months ago.

Multiple Sclerosis is a neurodegenerative and inflammatory immune condition. It is an autoimmune disease caused by the immune system attacking and damaging the nervous system. It affects the central nervous system including the Brain,Spinal cord and Optic nerves. This immune system malfunction destroys Myelin (the fatty substance that coats and protects nerve fibers in the brain and spinal cord) and due to this, communication problems arise between your brain and the rest of your body.

This came as a confusingly shocking blow to me and my family because everybody thought i had some issues with stress, depression, tennis elbow, Sciatica etc., but when it turned out to be this, everyone was like 'Now where did this come from!?' Sadly, nobody knows exactly where this comes from...no doctors..no scientists..no anybody. The research is still going on and on and on....

4 or 5 years ago i used to be one of the very few healthiest individuals in my whole family. Apart from the seasonal common cold and fever i never used to get sick that easily! 'Stress-Depression-Pain(tennis elbow)-Stress-Depression-Pain-Stress-Depression-Pain' cycle was the only thing i was fighting with. And suddenly out of the blue black purple orange red pink yellow blah blah came MS saying 'main bhi hoon na' (Srk style :P).

Even my cousin has MS and she is suffering from it from the past 6+ years.

It seems that MS started more than a year ago or may be even two or more but no doctor warned me or my family about it back then even when the signs showed up clearly on the M.R.I.

M.R.I taken 1 1/2 years ago.

M.R.I taken 2 months ago.

Multiple Sclerosis simply means 'Multiple Scars'.You can see that there were 3 lesions/scars(Demyelinated areas) in the first one but in the latest one there are 7 of them. That is how much it has progressed. I'll talk about all the symptoms that i am suffering from and the treatment i'm taking in another post.

Pic credit: My dear hubs.

Hair style credit: Multiple Sclerosis.

Happy smile credit: Cheeky,Dalma and Bam bam from Appu's farm, Bangalore.

P.S: I am really realllyyy sorry that right now my blog has no posts other than my health issues.I promise you...there are nearly 100+ posts of natural eco friendly products waiting to be written and posted and i will start posting them real soon. :)

Love,
Siri.

Lateral epicondylitis(Tennis elbow)- A chronic health condition that i am suffering from.

Yes,this is the reason i had to stay away from my blog for the past 3+ months!

Not everyone is familiar with "Lateral epicondylitis" which is commonly called "Tennis elbow" in layman's terms. So, here's a brief info on what it is:

"A painful and sometimes disabling inflammation of the muscle and surrounding tissues of the elbow caused by repeated stress and strain on the forearm near the lateral epicondyle of the humerus (arm bone)." Source

So,this is the painful health condition that i've been suffering from. And no,tennis is not the reason in my case and neither is any other sport.I really don't know the exact reason but my best guess would be either  'excessive mouse/keyboard use'!(Ya..i've read that it could be a reason too) or 'Lifting heavy objects incorrectly'.

Here's everything in detail..

Febrauary 2012:

It first started in my right arm a week before my wedding in Feb last year. But the pain disappeared after a few days.I thought it was should be some general pain and just didn't take it seriously.

April 2012:

Everything was fine until mid april when the pain started to slowly show up again.I was so confused and frustrated as to what was causing it and why it wasn't reducing. It kept on increasing day by day and i wasn't even able to perform daily activities like eating food or bathing with that hand. Finally after two weeks my family decided to take me to an orthopedic. After listening to my symptoms he diagnosed it as "Lateral epicondylitis/Tennis elbow".He prescribed some pills,an ointment and a week long physiotherapy treatment.

To my horror, the physiotherapy session was really not what i expected it to be like.It was a whole 15 mins of torture i had to bear every single day.But even after a week of that torture there was no improvement whatsoever! So,finally the doc decided to give me an injection which he told would solve my problem forever.I felt so relieved and agreed for it.He injected it on the right side of my elbow(right beside the bone) and oh my god! it was extremely painful!!! I resisted so hard from screaming the hell off! The doc even apprecited me for that! :P It seems that people who take such injection generally can't bear the pain and either scream out loud or cry a lot.

So,after a week or so the pain from both the injection and the inflammation started to fade away. And after a few more days it was completely gone.I was sooo...sooooo... happy.Life was back to normal.

November 2012:

Little did i know that it was going say Hello to me once again and that too with some unexpected surprises(bad ones)!!!

It all started again during diwali in november.I thought it wasn't going to last longer than a day or two since i had the injection and trusted what doc said. The pain was mostly bearable but it did not go away even after a week.I was at my parent's home and my dad took me to a homeopath who happens to be our distant relative.I told him about my previous treatment and he immediately adviced me not to ever take that injection again! He told that it is a steroid injection and will not in any way work as a permanent solution for this condition, and if taken every year it will have some adverse effects on our health.(came home, researched online, found it to be true!) He even refused to believe that it was "Lateral epicondylitis/tennis elbow"!!! He declared it to be a general inflammation and prescribed some homeopathic pills for two weeks.I came back to my home in chennai and started using the pills.Even after two weeks there was no visible improvement!

December 2012:

I went to my parent's home once again and visited the doc. This time he increased the dosage of the same pills and told to use them for another week. This time it worked, but for only two days.I was getting soooo frustrated and visited the doc 4 days before the date he set.To my horror,it seems that he never really listed to what i was exactly saying!!! He repeated the same questions again and when i answered them he was like.."you did not tell me about this last time!!!" I felt sooooo irritated and decided to stop that treatment and to not visit him ever again.

I returned to chennai and was thinking of taking the ayurvedic treatment this time.We were on the lookout for a good practitioner and one fine day here comes the surprise.......

My left arm started to show the very same pain!!!!!!!!

The pain started to increase day by day and became unbearable in both the arms! I couldn't even bear the slightest touch of a breeze on my arms!! I was not able to literally do anything at all!!!
My arms were almost completely disabled!

Because of disability in both my arms it was becoming extremely difficult for me be home alone after my hubby leaves to office. So,i had to go to my parent's place because my mom was there to look after me.She fed me,bathed me,dressed me and did almost everything she did to me when i was a newborn except lifting me :)

Love you soooooo much mom!

January-February 2013:

My dad took me to an ayurvedic practitioner who was one of the best doctors i've ever been to.He listened to each and every problem i said very very patiently(Me and my parents talked to him for more than 30 mins!).I told him about everything that was bugging me both physically and emotionally. After this,i felt extremely relieved from all the emotional baggage i was carrying. He prescribed some ayurvedic pills which he makes himself and adviced to restrict and avoid the consumption of some foods.Almost all my fav foods are in this list! :(

He strictly told me to stay away from emotional stress which can possibly increase the inflammation and make me suffer more.I found this to be 100% true because whenever i got frustrated and depressed, the pain increased severely!

Even this doc was totally against the steroid injection that i had and explained how it will stop working gradually and show adverse effects on health. He also said that the steroid injection was still present in the affected area and could delay the healing time with any other medicine.

So,according to him it may take 3 - 6 months to completely heal this!

So,from january i am on his medicine and have been almost following the diet restrictions(err..i have cheated by sometimes eating those restricted foods.Temptations you know.. :P).

I am sooooo happy to say that i am seeing a considerable improvement! :)

The pain has reduced by atleast 40% till now.But even now i can't perform all the general activities and do all the household work by myself.I can now slowly eat, bathe and lift a small glass of water..that's it.

My dear husband has been my greatest support(both emotionally and physically) and has been juggling both the job and home making all by himself. It is because of him that our home still looks and feels like home. He's the most precious gift god blessed me with.

It has been really difficult for me to go through all of this.Sometimes i used to get extremely depressed and kept crying silently the whole night or while in the bathroom. But with all the support from my family and dear hubby i lived with a ray of hope that one fine day everything will be back to normal.Even now i sometimes get so frustrated on not being able to lead a normal life and even about blogging like i used to.Life seems like a stuck dvd which refuses to play forward.

But after a while i gather immense courage and hope by thinking about all those people who even after suffering so much more than me,have lived with a beautiful smile on their face.
:)

So,this was all that has been happening in my life..I am hoping to get well as soon as possible and start blogging  much more regularly.

Love,
Siri.
